The In-House Membership Plan is designed to make specific treatments at Dr. Davis’s office more affordable. Instead of having to worry about co-pays, deductibles, annual maximums, or waiting periods, you simply pay a flat fee either every year to gain access to a list of guaranteed treatments.
If you are an adult, all you need to do is pay $348 per year to get all the preventive care you need. If you have a child, their plan costs $300 per year. While this is not an insurance plan and cannot be combined with any other discounts or insurance plan, it’s an extremely effective way to remove doubts about what is covered when you visit our office.
