When you come in for your first appointment, we’re sure you’ll instantly know that you made the right decision by coming to see us. One of our team members will greet you at the door, and they’ll quickly help you sort out your patient forms. Then, they’ll bring you back to the treatment room where one of our hygienists will take a little time to get to know you, and then they’ll take some x-rays and perform a cleaning. After that, you’ll get to meet Dr. Meredith Davis. She’ll ask you about your past dental experiences and what you hope to accomplish for your smile, and then she’ll perform an oral exam. From this, she’ll create a customized long-term treatment plan to help you meet all of your goals. You’ll be encouraged to ask any questions you have, and once you feel satisfied, we’ll escort you to the front desk to get you sorted for your next appointment.
Your time is precious, which is why we’ll do everything we can to help you save it. For your convenience, we’ve included our patient forms here so you can fill them out before your next visit. Simply download them, fill them out, and bring them to your next appointment to help it fly by even faster. If you have any questions or are having issues getting this to work, don’t worry, simply contact our office and we’ll be able to help.
We are a fee-for-service practice and are out-of-network with all insurance plans. You can trust that we’ll use your money as efficiently as possible. As is often the case with insurance, many of your dollars actually go towards administration fees and not your care. Here, everything you spend goes towards making your teeth healthier. Our office isn’t the most extravagant place in the world, and that’s because we know your hard earned money is better spent on giving you a beautiful, healthy smile.
If you need more involved treatments, we can help you get low to no interest financing through our partners at CareCredit. They are a third-party financing organization that has helped millions of people afford their dental care. Should you qualify, they can help you get a flexible monthly payment plan that should make your treatment fit easily into your budget.
While dental insurance can make treatments affordable, it isn’t necessarily for everyone. If you’d prefer not to use a dental insurance plan, you’ll still need to get preventive treatments completed in order to avoid dental disease and other conditions. Thankfully, Dr. Meredith G. Davis has an In-House Membership Plan that makes the most basic treatments affordable for you and your family. Keep reading to learn the details of the plan and how you can save without dealing with the pitfalls of insurance!
As many of you may know, Governor Abbott has ordered all non-emergency dental procedures to cease through April 21, 2020. What this means is that the only procedures that can be done have to be emergencies or medically necessary. If you are having what you feel is an emergency, please contact Dr. Davis on her cell phone at 903-752-0454.
While we are sad that we are not able to see your smiling faces right now, we hope that you and your families are healthy and safe. We miss all of you but are hopeful that this temporary break will help beat this terrible virus.
We will do everything that we can to help you reschedule your appointments to a time that is convenient for you after the break. If you have not heard from us already, you will be hearing from us soon.
Be safe, and we will see you soon!
